Zielan
The name Zielan comes from two words.
- Zion
- Ziel
"Zion" stands for a utopian place of unity, peace and freedom, as opposed to "Babylon", the oppressing and exploiting system of the modern world.
Ziel means “goal” in German.
Since we are a USA and German bases company, we wanted something that would reflect both culture’s wishes.

They’re two entrepreneurs seeking to connect individuals wanting to escape the effed up society that negatively affects the experience of the upcoming generations (think pollution, dictatorship, sexism, racism, etc).

We were just two ambitious entrepreneurs with a dream of building a community of explorers who are looking to find freedom through expression. This exploration fuels the desire to reach our goal/destination to connect with people who might feel lost in their daily lives. Zielan gives us hope that one day we all will get to a place of complete peace, unity, freedom, exploration, and serenity.
